Tax Accountant - Full-time | Agoura Hills, CA | $70,000–$90,000 | Primarily in-office with some WFH flexibility

What you'll do

Tax preparation is the core of the job — individual (1040) and business returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065), workpapers, reconciliations, and client document management in QuickBooks Online and Lacerte.

The role also includes client accounting work: monthly close support, journal entries, and financial statements. Over time, you'll grow into a regular point of contact for your assigned clients.

What we're looking for

• 1–4 years of experience in accounting, tax, or public accounting

• Exposure to individual and/or business tax return preparation

• Comfortable in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Lacerte is a plus

• CPA or EA track preferred — we'll support you

• Detail-oriented, organized, meets deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Public accounting background is a strong plus.
